Who we work with

Hunter Grey arranges finance for limited companies, SPVs and corporate borrowers only, and is a credit broker, not a lender. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority; the finance we arrange is commercial lending to businesses, secured on property that is not the borrower's home, which falls outside the FCA's remit. We do not arrange regulated mortgage contracts or lending to individuals or sole traders.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation to provide finance or services. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate, and do not submit anyone else's personal data without their permission.

Intellectual property

The Hunter Grey name, content, design and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our permission.
