Hunter Grey does two things. We develop property, residential-led schemes across the North West, and we arrange property finance for limited companies and corporate borrowers. 22 years of delivery behind us.
Those two sides sit together for a reason. Building forces you to understand how development is really funded, drawn down and repaid, and arranging finance keeps you honest about what a scheme can actually carry. Each makes us better at the other.
It also creates a conflict we'd rather name than hide: we're sometimes a developer who might partner with you, and sometimes a broker who might fund you. Where those roles meet, we tell you which hat we're wearing and we tell you to take independent advice. It's a small thing to say and most firms in our position don't say it.
We're not a call centre and we're not a fund with a marketing department. The people below are the people you deal with.
